Individual Counselling & Therapy

I offer one-on-one therapy sessions to support you in navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. These sessions are a collaborative space where we can explore your inner world, build insight, and work toward meaningful change at your pace. Sessions are available both online and in-person, offering flexibility based on your comfort and convenience.

Couples Counselling & Therapy

Couples therapy provides a space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through patterns that may be causing distance or conflict. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or seeking deeper relational understanding, our work will focus on fostering trust, clarity, and healthier dynamics.
Please note that couples sessions are currently offered in-person only, as I find this setting best supports the depth and nuance of relationship work.

Workshops / Webinars 

I offer webinars and workshops on themes related to emotional wellness, relationships, self-awareness, and mental health. These sessions are created collaboratively—often in partnership with organizations, communities, or other professionals—or developed independently based on current needs and areas of interest.

Each offering is designed to be reflective, informative, and practical, with space for both learning and conversation. Topics and formats vary, and sessions may be held online or in person.
